Stéphane Bourliataux-Lajoinie has a PhD in Management Sciences (University of Paris Dauphine-PSL) and is qualified to direct research (University of Lyon 3). He is a lecturer at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM Paris). Researcher at Lirsa (EA4603) and guest researcher at IRGO (EA4190).
A specialist in digital marketing, his work focuses on data tracking and the acceptance of technology by consumers. He has published research on the use of mobile services in tourism, the impact of digital communication on tourism and the use of VR for the promotion of services. He has created and directed numerous international double degree and offshoring programmes.
He currently directs the Master in Management E-business and Digital Marketing at CNAM Paris. Laureate of the Research Chair of the French Embassy in Brazil in 2015, he regularly publishes in international rankings (ABS, ABDC, FNEGE, CNRS). He is a member of the international college of the French Marketing Association. Involved in academic life, he is elected to several governance and steering bodies of his institution (Thesis Monitoring Committee, Selection Committees, VAE Commission, VAPP).
